Hi I don't know whether this will work or not, but is there a Blackberry website, or your service provider's website where you try to log into your account. To change a password on any system, you need to put in the old password first. If you don't have the old password, you should try to reset the system to factory setting, loosing al; data on the system. Next time, please put the password somewhere safe in your house. What use is a password if you don't use it or forget it and can't recover it yourself?
