It has been my experience (and I've had more that a few) that - 1. There may be a link where you might be asked to enter your email address so they can send you a link to reset your password. 2. Contact BlackBerry directly and find out what resources they have to help with this pro lem. 3. Get a password management software program that will save all of your passwords to prevent this from happening again (I use RoboForm). 4. Have you tried a soft reset? (Turning the unit off for at least 10 minutes and then on again) Is the password asked for right after you turn it on? Can you get to your settings?
