Not keeping photos in memory
This camera is now some twelve years old - it is hardly surprising it has developed some minor eccentricities. I agree, replacement is the best option here.
Can i download images from my dimera 3500 without a driver
No. In fact, downloading from this camera will be a real challenge. It is designed to download over an RS232 serial port using a special cable. Have you got the cable? There is a website that has specs for the cable and driver download if you are technically inclined:

If it were me, I would simply remove the memory card an read it in a universal card reader.
RDC3100 Digital Camera
You do not need software to upload images to your computer.
Simply plug the camera in and the Computer will show it as a new drive in 'My Computer'
Windows will put a screen up asking where you want the images placed- just follow the prompts to 'My pictures' or where ever else you want them to go.
If you are minus editing software- then do a Google for Picasa' the free one.
My advise for all digi camera owners is leave the disc in the box and let Windows do the work.
RDC3100 INCOMPATABLE WITH VISTA??
relisys is at the moment in administartion, so there is not likely to be any drivers for Vista, but i think if you connect your cam to the pc it will find your cam and you should be able to see it in my computer as a seperate removoble drive and explore the folders in the camera memory or it should ask if you wish to transfer pictures to the picture gallery.
My open view is not showing any pictures but showing information about programs playing what might be the problem
Some steps you can try:
Check Picture Location:
Ensure that the pictures you want to view are in the same folder location. Sometimes, if the images are scattered across different folders, they may not appear correctly in the photo viewer.
Repair or Reset the Photo App (for Windows 11):
Go to Settings > Apps > Photo.
Click on Advanced options.
Choose either Repair or Reset to address any potential issues with the Photo app.
Enable Thumbnail Previews (for Windows 10):
Open File Explorer Options:
Type "file explorer options" in the Windows search bar and select the first result.
Switch to the View tab.
Ensure that the option "Always show icons, never thumbnails" is unchecked.
Click Apply and then OK to save the changes.
That is about all I can offer. If you repost, include brand and model.
