Probably not. The phone system in the UK does not follow the wiring standard for US phones. It may be possible to covert, but it could also be expensive.

Call your phone number off of your phone and it will take you throw the steps to set up your voice mail.

Call your number from that phone you should record that way from the prompts

The system isn't seeing the dial tone for lines 1 or 2. Check the cords from the phone to the jack. If no change, have the jack tested to verify the lines are working at that jack.

You can have the single out jack replaced with a dual outlet jack. To rewire it yourself, use the Blue/Blue White wires for Line 1 and use the Orange/Orange White wires for Line 2. If you older wiring then the colors are Green/Red for Line 1 and Yellow/Black for Line 2.

If line one is red then the phone is not seeing the dial tone for that line. I would replace the phone cord from the phone to the jack first. If no change have the jack tested to verify the line is working at that location.

This isn't a user replaceable part. I would replace the set.

If you are using the handset try the speaker phone. If the volume will change then you have a bad handset. If not, replace the phone.

Try using the speakerphone to see if the other party can hear you. If so, then you have a bad handset and/or handset cord. If not, replace the phone.
