I am trying to find my wep code.
i tried typing
All the needed codes should be on the back or bottom of the modem. Since it doesn't have a wireless router included, there's no WEP code.
If you aren't referring to the DCM425 modem, look in the manual for the ip address or http entry to talk to the router portion of the modem.
Rca voyager lll I need the activation code plz I beg you
Here is info for customer support, I would also call where you bought it, they may be able to provide you with a duplicate receipt, depending on where you bought it (walmart or best buy or similar brick and mortar chain you might be out of lock)http://www.rca.com/support-products
Paying 50Mbps service on this modem (DCM425) but
Who is your provider? The DCM425 is an OLD modem, its on the older DOCSIS standard and its only rated for something like 35-40mbps, i don't remember the exact number from the specs as we haven't been dealing with them here for about 8 years now. Upgrade the modem, go with something like the Surfboard SB6183 or SB6141, this depends on who your provider is also of course. If your current modem is a rental from your provider ask them for a new one, but if you want to get rid of the monthly rental fee get a new modem yourself. But i would find out what modem models are supported by your provider.
