check for loose connections on battery or replace battery

check the areas by the tires and charge battery fully. first start on a very small hill or maybe your drive way.

Usually that means the battery is not able to hold a charge.

does it get any lights on it, can you check it with a multimeter and see if its putting out any volts?

check the charger with a multimeter and make sure that its putting out the correct amount of volts, also inspect the batteries for swelling, they might need to be replaced

I had this problem too. U need to twist on it and jam it until it turns off. Twist it back/forward. U can also pull in brake. The brake automaticaly deactivates motor. Hold brake until STOPPED then let go. The scooter will stay

check it with a multimeter and make sure that it is still putting out the required volts, if not replacement chargers are inexpensive on ebay

check your charger and batteries with a multimeter and make sure that they are showing the proper voltage, also visually inspect the batteries for bulging or swelling, probably one or both of the batteries are bad

tensioner should fit on axle or behind the axle on the edge of thew fork where hardware should be mounted to adjust tensioner

check the batteries with a multimeteer and make sure they are putting out at least 24 volts

i had the same problem with mine and it ended up being that one of the batteries was bad, there are two 12v batteries wired in series under the seat, usually you can tell which one is bad by looking at them, one of the batteries will be swelled up

either you charger or your battery is bad, chaeck the charger to make sure that its putting out enough volts with a multimeter, then visually inspect the batteries for bulging

are you sure that the charger is putting out enough volts to charge the batteries? check the charger with a multimeter, then check the batteries with a multimeter, and viually inspect the batteries for bulging

it needs a reset button

First try charging the battery, if that doesn't work then replace the batteries with replacements from razor.com. This should solve your problem
