Dead battery. You must follow the proper battery maintenance procedures in order to prevent that from happening. Most likely the battery has sat for an extended period of time and has dried out.

When i charge my e300s for 8 hours and plus. And

Hi and Welcome to FixYa, I am Kelly. You did not mention the age of this scooter or an estimate of the hours it was used. This sounds like the plates in the battery have deteriorated to the point that the battery must be replaced. Old batteries will self discharge do to corrosion or multiple re-charge residue that causes internal battery plate shorts or there is no longer enough plate material to provide the amperage necessary to operate your scooters motor. The only remedy is to replace the battery. If it is relatively new... then there can be a short in the chassis wiring. I doubt there is a short in the wiring as the controls seem to be functioning normally per your comments.

I have over 40 years of real world battery experience autos, aircraft, battery packs et al. This just sounds like the battery life has been reached and the battery needs replaced.

Thanks for choosing FixYa,
Kelly

Have an e100 razor electric scooter. it has not

The batteries are dead. The battery in these scooter need to be kept charged or if not in use for a long time charged every 3months. Otherwise, like what to you, they will go dead. The chemicals in the battery have deteriorated to the point where it won't hold a charge. Replacement batteies are available at:

Its not meant to be removed. Purchase a new one and save yourself some troubles. You need special tools to remove it. I highly recommend purchasing the wheel complete.

My sons razor e200 dies quickly. I have changed

Problem is not the batteries then. Replace the controller. The controller could be resisting some of the charging current to the battery.

But first try this:

Charger the scooter with it OFF

Directly connect the charger to the battery

If still the same problem then:

Directly connect the charger to the battery then,
connect the motor leads directly to the battery and see how long it runs. It with new the batteries it should run longer than a minute. If it does than something is definitively wrong with the controller.

I have a razor e200. Nice physical condition.

Charge the batteries. If still no power than replace the batteries because they are dead. The batteries in the scooter need to be kept charged. If the scooter has not been charge in two weeks to a month and over. They are probably dead and need replacing. Find replacements at razor.com

How do I charge my scooter I have lost my instructions

Look in your manual if you lost it then, go to razor.com and request one. But the simple answer is to:
1. Turn off the scooter
2. Plug charger into wall outlet.
3. Find the hole on the side that matches the charger plug(not the wall outlet plug) .
4. Plug the charger into the scooter.
5. Wait until the charger turn off ( if the charger is a smart charger), typical charging time is 4-6hours.

*If not a smart charger you can calculate the charge time by using an online battery charging time calculator.

Battery is charged, however there seems to be more

Yes a charge fresh, fully charged battery will allow for the scooter to perform at it's peak top speed. Also fresh, fully charged battery will read more than 24v on a voltage meter and this is ok.

I need instructions on how to replace the rear

You can't change the tire it is a soild rubber tire molded to the rim. To replace it you have to buy a new rear wheel. Here is a website that sells it.

I installed a new battery

If you put in a new battery that has been fully conditioned and charged, then the most likely problem would be the electronic speed controller module which controls the voltage/current to the motor.
