Razor E100 reset button and no charge
Hi... My son hasnt used his Razor E100 for nearly a year as couldnt find the charger.. I finally found it and as soon as I plugged it in the plug was showing green light as that it was fully charged... When we turn the unit on it lights up but its dead... Where can I get the cheapest battery (and does it have 1 or 2)? Or you mention a reset button? Many Thanks...
How to reset the razor E100 ?
There is a reset button by the on/ off toggle switch I believe. Also, the e100 needs to be pushed to about 2.5 mph before it will go on its own power.
Razor ground force go cart
I don't think this would be a problem, as long as the wheels fit the axle properly, both in diameter, and length of shaft.
How to put air in tire of e300 razor
- rotate the rear wheel until the hole in the sprocket lines up with the tyre valve.
- insert the tyre valve extension through the hole and attach it to the tyre valve
- inflate the tyre to the correct pressure (usually 45psi)
- remove valve extension and put in a safe place for next time.
Inflating the rear tyre is detailed in the owners manual, which you can download from the Razor web site.

Chain keeps poppin off
These are the instructions for adjusting the chain. They are taken directly from the manual available at http://ep.yimg.com/ty/cdn/razorama/e100e200e300manual.pdf
To adjust the chain:
1. Loosen the axle
2. Loosen the brake anchor (this is attached with the small bolt in the long slot on the left side of the rear fork)
3. Tighten the tension adjusters on the axle 1/8 to 1/4 turn to tension the chain. Tighten both adjusters the exact same amount to maintain the wheel alignment.
Note: this system of adjusters is common to motorcycles and BMX
bicycles so I your are not familiar with it, if you know anyone who is,
they would not have a problem adjusting it for you.
Chain tension: The chain should be "just not-quite snug" in other
words, not taut or sloppy loose. BE CAREFUL NOT TO ADJUST TOO TIGHT. The tensioning system can easily impart too much tension and snap the chain or bend the motor output shaft. Turn the adjusters 1/8 to 1/4 turn at a time and recheck the tension each time.
4. Once the tension is good, tighten the axle and brake anchor bolt. Test run the scooter. Readjust as needed.
My e300 razor run but will not move
Check to see if the chain is moving when you apply throttle. If the chain is not moving but you can hear the motor working then it is likely the chain has come off the motor sprocket. If this is the case then follow the steps in the user manual to refit the chain and adjust the tension.

How do you put air in the back tire without taking
I just did this a couple hours ago. taking off back tire will not help you. The rotor is attached to the wheel itself. You need to line up the hole in the rotor with the valve stem. You will need to have a screw on extension to valve stem ( I got lucky and had one). Screw the extension onto the valve stem then use air compressor to air up the tire.
