It makes clicking noise when you use the throttle

Thats the controller relay clicking....if it won't move disconnect the brake switch connectors from the controller and try again. Make sure the batteries are fully charged and in good condition. There should be at least 12.6v or more on each of them with no load. The green light on the throttle should be on when you turn the switch on. If it goes to yellow and/or red when you give it throttle, your batteries are probably weak. Then connect the battery wires directly to the motor and see if it works. If the motor operates and it wont go you need a freewheel. If none of this helps try shorting the power switch wires with your screwdriver or a piece of wire. Sometimes the contacts have too much resistance.

How long can the Razor MX500 Dirt Rocket be ridden

Run time depends on a few things, including the weight of the rider, the terrain being riden over and the condition of the bike. For example, a light rider riding on flat hard packed dirt or paved road with a bike that is in good mechanical condition - tires inflated to correct pressure, chain correctly adjusted/lubed, brakes adjusted, etc. - will have a longer run time than a heavier rider on soft undulating dirt with a bike that has not been maintained. Generally you should be able get 40-45 minutes out of a new battery. Check out the trouble shooting guide and user manual if you are getting less than half and hour.http://www.razorama.com/ownersmanuals.html

Twist button.

Throttle tube has either become damaged (hidden by the grip) or has been pushed inwards when you fell. Loosen housing bolts on the clamp and slide the whole thing a few mm's outwards..prob just the grip fouling on the end of the bars.

When charging my light stays red does that mean

Some chargers have 2 LEDs (lights), some have one. Both chargers have an LED that is red (or orange) when the charger is charging a battery and turns green when the battery is charged and the charger has dropped back to trickle charge mode or off.On the charger with two LEDs , the extra LED is normally red to indicate the mains power is connected.

How can i test electrical compontents on the mx500

If the lights on a the throttle are showing a full battery then try disconnecting the brake switches at the controller one at a time. If the bike works after disconnecting a brake switch then that switch is faulty and should be replaced. There is some excellent information on trouble shooting and testing components here http://www.razorama.com/razor-installation-guides.htmlalso wiring diagrams here http://manuals.monsterscooterparts.com/recreational/Razor/Wiring/

your battery voltage is dropping straight off the charger - batteries are not holding charge & need replacing. You can have your batteries load tested at the battery shop to confirm. There are guides to battery replacement and trouble shooting here http://www.razorama.com/razor-installation-guides.html

How will i know if its my batt or motor on off switch lites up red but nothing happens

Lift the rear wheel up off the ground and apply the throttle, while watching the throttle lights. If the throttle light goes from green to yellow or red it shows that the battery voltage is dropping under a light load because the batteries are low in capcity - not holding much charge. Most battery places will load test the batteries free of charge to confirm this.Have a look at the trouble shooting guide here http://www.razorama.com/razor-installation-guides.htmland the wiring diagram here http://manuals.monsterscooterparts.com/recreational/Razor/Wiring/

Running fine but making a noise

Where is the noise is coming from - front, back, left or right side? What sort of noise is it? Does it only make the noise when the motor is running or also when the bike is wheeled with no power? It could be there is debris caught in the drive train or brakes. The brakes may need adjusting or the drive train may need lube.Have a look at the owners manual and trouble shooting guide here http://www.razorama.com/razor-installation-guides.html
