New razer headset..flashing green and not comnecting
If your Razer wireless headset is flashing green and not connecting to your Xbox One, there are a few things you can try:
- Reset the headset: Try resetting the headset by holding down the power button for 15 seconds until the light on the headset turns off. Then, turn the headset back on and try to connect it to your Xbox One again.
- Check the Xbox One controller: Make sure the Xbox One controller is properly synced with the console and that the batteries in the controller are fully charged.
- Check the Xbox One settings: Make sure the Xbox One settings are properly configured for wireless headsets. To do this, go to Settings > Display & Sound > Volume > Party Chat Output and make sure "Headset" is selected.
- Check for interference: Make sure there are no other wireless devices or routers nearby that could be interfering with the headset's signal.
- Contact Razer support: If none of the above solutions work, contact Razer support for further assistance. They may be able to provide additional troubleshooting steps or help you with a replacement if necessary.

Hi,
I have a Razer Tarantula
Some programs like Skype set up their own profile in the audio hardware side of the operating system. Check the audio properties and see if two or more are listed and change to the other one and check the operation.
For the past 3 days,
Dude exact same thing happened to me... i just bought today my new charcharias and then there was like some wierd noice and then it just went off/black
I just bought a used
I know you might not want to hear this but the person selling the item may have known that the speakers were fully or almost blown out.
Mouse Wheel not working
with mouse controls so cheap and so readily available , why would you bother with cleaning/ pulling it apart
is it wireless mouse ( battery flat) usb mouse ( cable problem) or mouse driver ( stopped working)
Microphone doesnt work with skype
I've heard of this problem alot, I took 10 minutes today with my friend with this headset to figure out a fix.
From what i can tell, Skype doesnt pick up the Microphones input.
The only solution I could figure out so far has been this.
A voice changing program called MorphVox Pro (by Screaming bee) offers a Trial.
If you download it, and set up your microphone on this to work, You can then in skype select the MorphVOX Pro as your microphone, and you can use this chat program to work with your headset.
This is only a temporary fix But it is a step in the right direction, I'll be forwarding my email to Razer later to try and get some updates for the headset.
Best Regards
Ricky.
Razer Diamondback turning off and on
can't say if your issue is exactly the same as the one i had but my razer diamondback kept cutting out just like how you said, i fixed it by taking it apart and replacing the cable with one from an old dell optical mouse i had knocking around. inside the mouse is a small plastic plug with 5 wires attatched i had to rearrange the wires going into the plug by removing the spades and swapping them around so they matched the original plug.
i found the best way to remove the spades is to get a fine pin or needle and lift the little bit of plastic holding them in, if you do this right they will slide out effortlessly, make sure when you rearange the wires that they're put in the same way as the cable you are replacing else it may not work properly.
put the mouse back together and plug in and it should be fine, it took me 10 mins to do this to my diamondback and its working like new again.
