My headset/mic makes a constant
Hi twintytwin1,
The electronic buzzing you hear is electromagnetic interference.
Please make sure the following is not near the headphones when in use, and make sure the headphones are fitted all the way in its port.
- Cellphones
- Radios/Hi-Fi's
- T.V's
- Wi-Fi devices (Switch them off)
- Speakers (Switch them off)
- Amplifiers (Switch them off)
- Any device that uses long or short radius signals
This should solve the problem, I hope this helps you
Kind Regards

Hi,
You need to make sure you have set this device as your sound output. No need to use your soundcard. Then make sure you have the newest firmware from the Razer site. next is to make sure you have the game audio set to 5.1 through the menu in COD / CSS. and then click the Maelstrom button on your headsets control box. this will enable 7.1 "surround sound"
Please let me know if this solves your issue.
