Does your power nozzle have a red power light on top? Is it light up when you squeeze the trigger? If it does, then there is a good chance that the Circuit Breaker PN2E PN2 is defective. If that is not the problem, then check the hose connection to the front of the Rainbow. Be sure that it has a solid connection. If not, then the contacts can't connect for power. That may be due to a full filter which causes overheating of the electric motor

if the wand is not to dirty I suck up a cup or two of water. then put the hose to the exhaust side to dry it out for a about 4 to 5 minutes

you could not have enough water in your basin. Or you may have a clog in your hose. You may want to also clean your separator. As well you may want to also replace your Hepa filter.

First make sure your basin is secure to the unit with latches down. Then try turning it on.

There is a flashing red light on my rainbow e2 and little smells bad
