PC won't start up

Check for power on the A/C outlet. Maybe the circuit breakers were tripped. If there is power, then the power supply installed on the computer might be surged. Replace power supply if thats the case. Normally, there's a button that says 'power' or an image of a lightbulb... you need not use the remote.

How to enable wireless network on targa computer

Harry, If you mean to access WiFI, then all you have to do is buy a WiFi dongle. Install it and then insert the dongle into the USB port. and you are on. But, if you want to run a WIFi hot spot on your PC, then you need to install a wireless router so that other devices having a WiFI capability can connect to it. You need to set up a WireLess LAN for which there exists a wizard in Windows.

304 error reffers to keyboard error. Verify if your keyborad is properly plugged in, also verify if it's working (pressing Num Lock will turn on the led, pressing again will turn off).
If you plugged in an USB keyboard it won't work, it is necessary to be present an PS/2 keyboard.

HP LCD monitor power button repeatedly blinking blue.

Alright let me be the first, let's check the simple things first. Did you try toggling the FN+F5 or FN+F6....if it is playing on the other monitor you already did that or it was toggled for dual monitor and that's why you're not getting any video.

System board failure

You may need a new CMOS battery.
For now, you will most certainly need to reconfigure your BIOS as it is probably not recognizing your hard drive.
Your PC should tell you which key to use to enter your BIOS setup, such as ESC, DEL, F2 etc.  Press the appropriate key while booting to access the BIOS configuration.  From there, see if there is an option to set the hard drive to AUTO.
Also, it's possible that the BIOS is recognizing the hard drive, but your Master Boot Record (MBR) has been corrupted.  To fix this, insert your OS (windows) disk and load into a DOS command prompt via selecting the REPAIR option.  Once at your command prompt, type in FIXMBR, and press <ENTER>. It will warn that rewriting the MBR may cause problems...just continue.  Once successful, reboot your PC.
If that doesn't work, then you will probably need more help reconfiguring the BIOS, and may need to replace the small battery on your motherboard.

How do I install Video

What model computer do you have? Most of the time you are able to go to the manufacturer's website...support section. Then you can put in your computer model number and they will list all of the drivers/software that correspond. You should see a Display/Video driver and should be able to just download that and install it.

You are sure you have power at the plug? If so it sounds like the internal circuit breaker tripped or the switch is bad. Either way, throw the heater away, they are not designed to be field repaired, sorry.
