How to change battery in Qwik Time Qt3 Quartz Metronome

How do you switch it on and off

If the nine volt battery is good, then you plug the cable from your speaker amp. into the connector on the bottom rear, it turns the instrument's pre-amp ON, indicated by a blue light. Do not turn the main amp on till both ends of the cable are plugged in......
