Can I oil my Quinny it's stiff to fold

HiNo you must never use oil based lubricants anywhere on your Quinny product.Use furniture polish or dry Teflon spray (found in the laundry aisle of larger supermarkets) and a soft cloth to clean debris and provide lubrication for easier fold / unfold action. Pay attention to the central tube as any debris here will create friction when attempting to fold / unfold which may make it difficult.

Quinny buzz brakes arent working

HiThe Quinny Buzz brakes can be adjusted (and should be periodically as part of the ongoing maintenance of the product to ensure good performance)The brakes may require periodic adjustment. To do this, use two 8mm spanners to unlock the lock nut from the long barrel nut. Adjust the brake cable and retighten the lock nut. Test the brakes to ensure a positive engagement and disengagement after adjustment.2_16_2013_4_22_19_pm.jpg
