Need to replace foam but dont know how to chang it

HiFoam has ripped off from where? If it is the handlebar foam this is not available as a seperate spare part item. To replace it would mean replacing the handlebar. This is a Level 3 repair so the pushchair would need to come in for engineers to provide replacement due to the safety implications of it being incorrectly fitted. Please visit www.quinny.com and select the country you're in and use the "Contact Us" tab on right side of screen for your enquiry to go to the customer care team in your country who can provide further assistance with this.

Adjusting quinny buzz harness for a newborn

HiThis is not feedback we've heard before! Remember there are two places to adjust the harness - underneath the shoulder harness pads and at the waist position. To adjust underneath shoulder harness pads you need to undo the popper from the harness, slide the pad down the length of the harness and adjustment point revealed to make harness smaller.

My front wheel sticks

Hi,The most common reason for this is a build up of dirt and debris. Remove it from the pushchair and clean it regularly to prevent this from happening. Clean with furniture polish or dry Teflon spray (found in the laundry aisle of larger supermarkets) Do not clean with oil based lubricants as these will leave a sticky residue and attract more dirt and debris and cause additional issues.489e8688-8447-4318-a74a-e8c281a8b6f3.jpg

My 2nd hand Quinny makes an awful crack sound when I fold it down and its stiff. Any idea what this could be?

HiThis indicates it is not fully disengaged before fold is attempted. The clicking noise is to tell you that the fold should not be continued as it is forcing the pushchair and may lead to damage. Ensure the button is fully depressed and the other button is fully pulled forward before attempting to fold. If noise still audible the chassis needs inspection by engineers. If you're in the UK please contact customer care on 01284 413 141 Mon-Thur 8.30-6.30 / Fri 8.30-4.30 (Excluding Bank Holidays) to arrange chargeable inspection / repair work required. If you're not in the UK please visit www.quinny.com and select the country you're in, then select "Contact Us" tab for enquiry to go through to customer care team for your country. Please note we do always advise that oil based lubricants are not used on any Quinny product. Oil based lubricant will leave a sticky residue on the chassis which will attract dirt and debris to stick and cause additional issues. Always use furniture polish or dry Teflon spray (found in the laundry aisle of larger supermarkets) and a soft cloth to clean the chassis.

How do i move the straps to a higher/ lower **** ??

HiUndo the popper on the shoulder harness pads and slide pad down length of harness. You will reveal a metal D ring which is where the harness is attached to the anchor point. Unhook this ring. Remove the top of the seat fabric from the sub seat (seat frame) and you will find further sets of anchor points behind the fabric. Post required anchor point through the hole it lines up with and re-attach harness, then put harness pad back into position and do up popper.

I have a 2005 model Quinny Buzz and tried my chassis with a newer model frame. The only difference in seat frame to chassi conection is the format on the tip of the pole that ataches to the chassis. M

HiThis is not recommended as modification of your Quinny could make the product unsafe to use. From what you are saying you are trying to use the original 2005 style chassis with a newer model sub seat (seat frame) is this correct? If so there are rubber bungs on either prong on the sub seat that can be removed in order for this model sub seat to fit in the 2005 chassis. If you'd like more information on doing that please pass on an e-mail address and we can put you in touch with an engineer to discuss.
