Quinny buzz 3 seat unit

Hi Laura, Unable to advise what might be causing the issue without being able to see the product. If you're in the UK and the product is under 2 years old, please contact your retailer with your proof of purchase and they can arrange for it to be sent to our engineers for inspection / repair work required under warranty. If you're in the UK and the product is over 2 years old or you no longer have proof of purchase please contact the customer care team on 01284 413 141 Mon-Thur 08:30-17:30 / Fri 08:30-16:30 (Excluding Bank Holidays) to discuss booking it in for chargeable inspection / repair work required. If you're outside the UK please visit www.quinny.com and select the country you're in, then use the "Contact Us" tab on the right side for your enquiry to be sent through to the customer care team in your country.

Change the position from recline

Hi Claire Stand in front of the Buzz chassis at the front wheel. On either side of the seat unit you have a grey button. Hi Deirdre, If the Quinny Buzz is under 2 years old and you're in the UK please return to your retailer with proof of purchase and they will make arrangements for the chassis to be sent to our engineers under warranty terms and conditions for inspection / repair work required. If it is over 2 years old, or you no longer have proof of purchase, and you're in the UK please contact the customer care team on 01284 413 141 Mon-Thur 08:30-18:30 / Fri 08:30-16:30 (Excluding Bank Holidays) to book in for chargeable inspection / repair work required. Standard cost is 39.99GBP for inspection and single repair and this does include courier collection and delivery. If you are not in the UK please advise which country you're in and we can put you in touch with the care team for your country.
