link to see the comparison. Having used the TOAD before in my line of work, it's very deep in it's abilities. It's more of a hard-core tool. Where the other is more for average to beginner levels. Remember, these two tools came from two different companies and Quest bought them. TOAD has been around for a really long time, and has a lot of testing and integrations behind it. TOAD would be my choice. I've read other opinions, which I agree with, is it can be a matter of taste and you'll have to "try-before-you-buy". See which one meets your needs.
The main difference being that TOAD can integrate with many programming capabilities and utilities for speed of tasks (including reverse-engineering) which I love, it has always been able to help me get the job done.
