I have a quantum audio qea 2500.1d and when I put power to it I get one quick red flash and then nothing
It sounds like there may be an issue with your amplifier. The one quick red flash could indicate an error code or protection mode. Here are a few things you can try:
- Check the wiring: Make sure that all the wiring is properly connected and that there are no loose connections or short circuits.
- Check the power source: Make sure that the power source is stable and not fluctuating. Check the fuse and make sure it is not blown.
- Check the speaker: Disconnect the speaker and check for any damage or short circuits. Try a different speaker to see if the problem is with the amplifier or the speaker.
- Check the amplifier: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it may be a problem with the amplifier itself. You may need to take it to a professional to have it repaired.
It's important to exercise caution when working with electronic devices, especially those that use high voltages like car amplifiers. If you're unsure about how to proceed, it's best to consult with a professional.
Where to hook up the blue turn on wire
On the amplifier there are three connections that state (+12V) (Remote) (Ground)
the blue cable that you refer to leads from the head unit (cd player) to the (Remote) connection on the amplifier.
I have used quantum audio amplifiers before and although they might not be of the high end section they are reliable, fairly rated on some models and even underated on others and for the price tag, they are well worth owning one.

Mypen doesnot record
Hello drb... There is more than one setting for this pen. It sounds like you have the pen set at:
Motion Detected Recording - Only Capture The Action
Motion Activated recording only starts recording when movement is detected in the camera view. Record only when action is sensed rather than scanning through hours of useless video, trying to get to the good stuff. Motion detection mode also saves memory for longer recording sessions. Set the camera to motion-activated recording when you leave your home or office and capture video if anyone invades your personal space.

Thanks for choosing Fixya!
Power light comes on but no sound :(
Good amp but gave me nightmares because of cliping and power protect. if wired correctly then your sub might be blown check subs by using a multimeter and check ohms. No ohms means its blown. Ohms vary between subs. double check Rca inputs as well I just hook up my comp speakers to do this.
Power light comes on but
makes sure you check all wires and hook ups to make sure things are in order. you might have a bad ground find a different spot to put the ground.
Quantum Leap Mind Station
I've been checking into it as I have a new one I NEVER even used! I was told it was discontinued in Jan. '08 - unfortunately!
