Hi. We have a 10
the code might be FLO and could be the circulation pump has debris in the impeller so when idling it should have pretty good flow coming out of the jet the heater uses. other common failures with heat are the pressure switch seen pictured. let me know and pictures help me help u

Is there anything on the market to replace chemicals on a new hot tub
Drain the water weekly. IF you really want to dish out the money you can get an Ultraviolet sanitizer or even an ozone generator but those are made to work with chemicas like chlorine or bromine, not stand alone, also for pools. And even then you would have to manage the ph somehow and that can only be done by replacing water or some kind of acid. Chlorine tabs now a days usually take care of both trichlor being slightly acidic for such a small body of water takes care of both. If you have some kind of chlorine smell from your spa and you are not sitting right next to a chlorine floater then you have a problem with the chemical balance and is a byproduct of chloramines.

Why does the spa trip the gfci when I turn the jets on high?
You need to make sure that it is a real GFCI and not a spark detection fault interrupter. When the pump is turned all the way up it may be causing a large spark that the SGCFI is detecting. If it is not that then there is a parasitic floating fault that is causing the issue.
I have this pump modelpf-40-2n22c cam i chang it out for this model numbert55cxcas-1179
If the water flow according to each pumps spec's match up and the plumbing lines up, with little or no modification, then all is good.
but...
remember this, if the water flow does (GPM's) not matchup, you will ever overdrive your hydraulics system causing premature leaking, or if undersized, your jet action will be diminished!
you can find this information by obtaining the "Pump Curve" chart from each pump manufacturer.
btw... The numbers you provided don't help much.
Make and model name of each pump??

Hot tub wont turn on.
That doesn't sound good, is it 110 volts or 220? if it is 220 you can not wire it backwards. the hum might be that there is not enough power to turn it over. it could be a loose wire, bad connection, or a bad start run capacitor. if it is a capacitor it is located under the hump cover on the motor.
How to replace pump relay hot tub
If you are experiencing a relay problem on the circuit board of the hot tub, then it is best replace the complete circuit board. There are relays that you can solder on but unless you are very familiar with this process we would not recommend it.
