Have you seen the FIXYA link below? When did your motor stop working? Was there any electrical rewiring recently? IF yours is 220 Volts there MAY be two circuit breakers involved? Did you reset both breakers? Often larger motors have red (or black) "reset" switch on the motor body... Did you look for one on yours? low side psi will run about 30 psi, hi side pressure will go as high as 350 psi then the pressure switch will kick the engine fan on then drop psi down to 120-150 psi

kicker l7 is goog i mean good.lol. any way logic sucks buy a kicker amp or a hifonics amp its cheaper and works just as good. vminnovation.com has them at unbeatable prices. i think the bxi 1210d will work perfect for an l7

take ur car to auto zone and have it tested

Fiberglass insulation works well,but handling it is no fun.Also,besides the fiberglass particles getting in your skin.they become airborne with high velocity ported cabinets and are hazardous to your lungs in a car.
A better solution is the white fluffy insulation that you can get at arts and crafts stores.
It is an excellent damping material.
Before installing that material,put some dynamat or equivalent on the sides of the box and the back as well to dampen the box.

Here's a link to an excellent fiberglass forum which includes builds or subwoofer enclosures, kick panels, and other audio enclosures.

There's probably one or more similar to what you have in mind.

Check this link for a materials list and some fiberglassing specifics. The build was a subwoofer box, but the information and procedures should be helpful.

Look at these custom enclosures. They take up minimal cargo space, look good and sound great.

more than likely you have electric fan on radiator that is not coming on when a/c is on and while driving air from car moving is cooling freon down, check to make sure fan working and post back

you need fan control mod. left front of car may be under battery when front mounted

clutch may be faulty or sticking.
