How do you remove vct adhesive from concrete in

We use floor sanders ...or rent the units at Home depot ... Clarke floor maintainer, with appropriate discs ... 60 - 80 grit 17" disc... you may need more than 1 depending on size of job. They have finer grits available also ...30-35 bucks a day ... and they have 1/2 day rentals too.

Grout is a non-adhesive concrete material that is made with sand and cement, with colorants added.

Grout will not adhere tile to any surface

The good news (if that's possible) is that the tile should be fairly easy to remove, and the grout will be fairly easy to scrape off the floor. Break one tile out of the way, and see if the others can be pried up easily.

Looks like you have to start over, sorry for that.

My wet saw seems to loose power nid way through a

Sounds like a binding problem. Is the table, support flexing, allowing the tile to clamp the blade.?
