Set up the car remote
A 7701P is a remote transmitter. It is not an alarm. You must know the alarm's model because different models have various ways of programming transmitters. In other words, you do not program the 7701P. The frequency is already fixed. You must program your security system to teach it that transmitter's code. Look up the manual for your security system. Instructions will be there. This typically involves turning the ignition on/off a specific number of times and pressing a valet/programming button (or switch) a certain number of times and then pressing a button on the transmitter.
When i try and use the remote start, it doesnt
The parking lights will also flash a number of times to inform you of the error. The most common causes of the error are neutral safety shutdown (7 flashes). This is the toggle switch under the dash. Locate said switch and toggle it to the on position. Six flashes is the hood pin switch. Locate the switch under the hood and make the necessary adjustment so the pin makes contact with the hood when the hood is closed.
Remote start python 533 attempts to start the car, shuts off, then on a again, does it 3 times, then stops
There are three possibilities for the situation you are describing especially if the vehicle has been cold for a while. The first possible cause occurs when the smart tach feature is used. In this case, the 533 is not receiving the proper signal from the vehicle that shows the engine is running. The remedy for this problem is to connect the tach wire from the 533 a proper tach source. The other two causes occur when the smart tach feature is not used and the tach wire is connected. If the tach wire is not connected to a good source for the tach signal in which case the wiring will need to be corrected. Otherwise, the tach signal will need to be relearned.

Remote Starter problem
Sounds like the immoblizer bypass is malfunctioning or, the pellet (resistor) in the ignition key itself is wearing down.
