If the ribbon is not completely over the print head theresulting print will show incomplete characters. This is the only cause for this problem. But as you stated theprinter ribbon cartridge is installed correctly completely over the print headand already changed the ribbon 2 times, then I suggest you to check the printhead, and try after replacing them.
