look at the plunger if it is sticking below the frame use a flat blade screw driver and push it back up

I found a diagram of one version of the Bosch POF 400A router here: https://www.powertoolspares.com/bosch/router-pof-400-a.m/0603261106/spares . It looks like the two posts are part of the base plate; look for two socket head cap screws at the top of the posts. These hold the compression springs on the posts. These are part 46 on the diagram. The listed size is DIN86-AM6x16-5.8". I hope this helps. However, I don't think this model is designed to have the base removed often. The housing may need to be separated to find the cap screws. See the diagram for how the housing fits around the motor of the router. Cindy Wells

My Cryobi drill started slowing down because the of the inadequate amount of grease in the gear box. It was stiff to turn. Stripping it down and replacing the grease fixed it but I bought a Dewalt instead before I took the Cryobi to pieces and fixed it. It is just a spare drill now for fixing screws only.

most dremels [didnt specify which model ] push little button at top and use wrench and loosen usually can insert shaft down collett and tighten nut

The "fresh" battery may not be so fresh. Check for a date code. Also, you may be inserting a fresh battery into a defective driver.

These models are very voltage sensitive - you can show 20v with a multimeter, but as soon as you put a load on it they drop to a much lower voltage. I would try it with a new battery first before you tear it apart

The reason the light isn't green is because your battery is not fully charged - if you have charged it, the battery may be at the end of its life. The reason it is not firing unless you depress the nose several times is because your fuel cell is spent - check the expiration date on the bottom of the fuel cell.

Slow down the feed rate to about 25% and then size it ,and that should work.The problem i believe is in the Z axis ball scew.
