Power-On SmartStor NS4600 and log into PASM (remember, password has been reset to default which is "admin"). You will need to re-enable services such as Windows, Macintosh, Unix/Linux, FTP and Printer Service. Since you tried, call credit card company and place charge is dispute. they will pull money back from company and hold until settled. I would not settle except for refund. I the company wants item back tell them as soon as you receive a prepaid shipping label you will send back. Demand a RMA number. Experience is is an expensive teacher.
