Verify the wire harness to the console has continuity with a multimeter.

Very common for the harness to be damaged if disassembled and reassembled during a move.

Otherwise you would need to source a wiring diagram from mfg to see what the readings should be at the console connection.

If that all checks out then it most likely is the upper control board.

Just because the lower board is getting power doesn’t indicate it is functioning

the red light should only blink when it is running. does the incline work? if nothing works most likely a console issue

The console is bad, if your warranty still exists contact the manufacturer and pursue a warranty.

Warranty is listed on the back page of the manual.

The heartbeat sensors are not exact, not even close sometimes.

A chest strap monitor may represent better numbers

It’s more ginicky then science, try a specific watch or fitness tracker for better results

It is either the resistance motor or the cable/activating arm is struggling.

The resistance is so high because the magnets that create the distance are very close to the steel flywheel.

You will want to open the machine up to view this area. The resistance motor and fly wheel are in very close proximity to each other.

To decrease the resistance the motor is activating a hinge to move the magnets further away from the flywheel. The magnets are typically behind a plastic cover inside the flywheel and will not be able to access them.

Open the machine up and investigate. The system is very basic and playing with it will give some insight.

Many times the console is not recognizing the safety key with this type of response.

Otherwise it is your upper control board or lower control board, most likely lower.

Double check the safety key

Most likely lower control board.

This is the circuit board under the plastic hood. Controls the elevation motor.

Unless the console has a stuck or faulty elevation button, then the console is not sending an incline signal.

When a board goes bad the machine will respond with erratic strategies, elevation on max is one example.

When the board is “bad”, it can also not tell it is out of control and won’t throw a code or signal to stop.

Boards are just plug and play, very easy to install. Take an image before removing the old board and you should be able to duplicate the harnesses.

Utilize the supplied hex key or source the correct hex for the rear roller. Access the tensioning bolts for the rear roller through the holes in the plastic covers at the rear of the machine.

Tensioning the bolt clockwise will add tension to the side accessed. This will push the belt away from this side. Half turn increments at a slow belt pace (less then 3mph) will begin to make the desired result of moving the belt.
