I need a Procom blower, model PF06-YJLF-F , can't find one anywhere for my vent-free heater model SN400TYLA. I can hear the motor but the fan isn't turning so I figure I need a new blower.

Question edited to toss in a load of CAPS! Nope, if you can hear the motor then the motor is working. If it isn't blowing the fan just needs tightening up on the shaft. There is a small set screw with an Allen Key socket. Click the images tab. https://www.google.com/search?q=procom+blower+model+%23pf06-yjlf-f ..

My infrared sometimes doesn't totally light and then suddenly lights with a pop . it gives off bad fumes when it does this .

This could be a sign of a faulty electrical connection in the infrared heating element. It is important to have a licensed electrician inspect the unit to ensure that it is safe to use. If the inspection reveals that the connection is faulty, the electrician can make the necessary repairs to ensure the unit is safe to use. Additionally, if you detect an odor coming from the unit, it is important to have it serviced as soon as possible, as this could indicate a more serious problem.

I have a procom model Qnsd250T ventless heater. I have gas to the back of the heater. I'm trying to light the pilot light I'm not getting gas anymore. What can I do or what part would cause this.

We have the same issue. Gas is getting to the regulator. But it's not coming out to the pilot light. I tried for months to use my warranty and all I got were a few emails from procomusa but they havent done a thing. I bought an expensive wall decoration.

Why doesn't blower motor shut off?

The air intake for the blower is probably dirty / clogged. This is causing the blower motor to work harder and overheat. Since the motor generates heat the sensor that turns on the motor does not cool enough to shut off the motor.

Procom SSU320RHN-GB Heater If the power goes out, will the thermostat work in manual mode? If so how? The battery in the receiver?

No. The thermostat gets its power from the heater. The batteries only operate the relays in the thermostat. If there is no power to the relays the heater won't operate in any mode.
