My printer aren't accepting papers at all, what should i do to fix this problem

If you've loaded the paper correctly and there is not a paper jam inside the rollers, either the gears or drive belt to the rollers is bad. If it was working up to this point check the manufacturers website under support. It could be a defect and they will replace it. If it's older than four years consider replacing it.

MY P4350 printer will not use a new colour ink cartridge. What can I do?

First check that the new cartridge and make certain you have removed any seals or anything that shouldn't be attached when it's installed. Next check that it's a genuine cartridge, there are lots of fakes out there and most will not work.
