Either the grill element or the oven heating element is fault or the thermostat or grill regulator, locate which element is warm, if the grill then it is most likely the regulator, if it is the oven it is the thermostat.monchi

To get a new tv brand name remote for this tv you need to go to radio shack or circut city or any place thats an electronic store might sell a remote or contact the manufacter phone number it should have that number in the setup booklet for the tv then.

Well a blue screen means that the power part failed and it can't be fixed.

I have not repaired this model of TV. But I would certainly say you have a bad capacitor in the deflection area of the main board. If you have access to an ESR meter, you will find the culprit or culprits. I would look for a 160 volt to 200 volt capacitor with a value of 1Mf or 2.2Mf , 3.3 or 4.7Mfs.These are the majority of the capacitor values in nearly all brands that go bad. Check all the other capacitors you can, be on the look out for the 50 volt 1Mf and the 25 or 35 volt capacitors at 100 Mfs. Search, inspect and resolder any and all bad grounds. Include the vertical IC, horizontal transformer, flyback transformer and any regulating transistors mounted to heat sinks. Do not use too much solder, you do not want to short pins together. Check to be sure all connections are secure. I realize this seems a bit condescending, thats not how I mean it though. I've had issues where the connection of the power cable on the TV wasn't fully pushed in after I moved a TV and this will cause the issue you are having. After that, also make sure that the surge protector(assuming there is one) is flipped into the on position. Also try to make sure that the outlet you are using will power another device. If not, try another outlet.

You probably have some defective filter capacitors in the power supply. The tops of them may be domed instead of flat. Be sure to replace them with same values listed on the originals - slightly higher voltage rating is OK, but no less! Make sure they are rated at 105 degrees C and not 85 degrees.

It must have blown a fuse,check your power supply for the tv.try getting the socket replaced.
