There are two problems occurs on your TV, one is the line down the screen because of faulty horizontal deflection or faulty horizontal yoke winding. 2nd is...color of the screen are not balanced, check the RGB transistors in CRT board circuit.

This usually happens if there is a broken pin or sector. In most cases its just the cable that have gotten lose or needs to be cleaned/replugged into the tv. TODO: 1. Turn off the TV, Take out the cable that provides the feed (antenna cable, internet cable etc.). 2. Look for signs of damage/tear on the tv and the cable. If all looks well, plug the cable in again, making sure its attached correctly. 3. Turn on the TV. If the problem persists, try adjusting the cable while the tv is on. If the line goes away and comes back, then you need a new cable or in worst case a new tv (check warranty) .

You have listed the TV Prima C2012 TV as the product but you are talking about a DVD player. There should be a seperate remote for your DVD player, where you should be able to see an eject button.
