okay there sounds like there either water somewhere or condensation ?place the whole scooter in a warm room next to a radiator, not too close but close enough so it gets the warmth leave it like this to dry out, this has worked for me, water causing a short either under the tiller panel or where the controller is situated.regards

ajnss I need more information. can you turn the power on at the joystick? are you getting all the lights for battery level lit? are any of the lights blinking on the joystick? do you hear a clicking noise when you try to move the chair? Give me as much info as you can thanks

A 3 then 4 flash sequence is showing the Freewheel Lever is in the freewheel position and the scooter cannot power the wheels. Turn off the scooter move the lever firmly in both direction 2 or 3 times then leave in the 'Drive' position. Turn the key back to the On position and check to see if the flashes have stopped. As Scooters age these switches can wear out and fail and all you can do is replace the switch assembly as they are often a 'Non Repairable' part.

Sounds like old exhausted batteries to me.

Speed is normally programmed into the control board software. The top speed is set for stability especially in cornering. Possibly the control requires replacing under the paddle.

I would check/replace the motor brushes.

It sounds like you have done everything you can do. You need dealer servicing. It may be a controller issue.

Fit the lever back on first.

A bit of repair work is required now as the seat will not lift off without firstly lifting the lever.

Re-check you have removed all of the screws as they sometimes have a extra ones positioned in a hidden and difficult places to get at or you need to remove another trim piece to release the panel you want to take off, possibly the knee panels on the tiller bar. The pot and key barrel will be mounted to the trim panel directly so won't be holding the trim down. The trim panel itself may be held in place with moulded clips so you may need to GENTLY lever along the seam between the panels to 'Pop' the panel loose. Most scooters of that type have a speed pot that is held in place with a small nut. The plastic 'button' you twist to alter the speed setting is a 'push on' cover. It will be a tight fit but it should simply pull straight up and off revealing the small nut holding the pot in place.
