faulty voltmeter and /or bad batteries
have the batteries load tested to eliminate them then replace the voltmeter
in reality it should be showing a reduction in volts available as the batteries run down form use
as an example
fully charged batteries 12 or 13 volts
go for a trip around the block and as you go the meter should start reading a lesser voltage as you are going or a reduced voltage at each stop

Hi u have to replace it if it is faulty / remove it & check it's resistance in ( ohm's ) with a multimeter.. Cheers

Pride Health &... | Answered on Nov 04, 2017

The error code suggests a problem with the power module motor 1 output to the brake or a problem with the motor 1 brake. You can swap the motor leads to see whether the problem is in the module or brake.

I would check the weight limit on the chair first ,You should be able to see that in your handbook given with the chair.
Second I would see about load testing those battery's ,Go into a auto parts store ,or battery store if in fact you don't own a load tester. make sure both battery's can take a load if not that may be your problem.

Good luck happy to help.

What if the speed LEDs on the VR2/VSI begin to flash?

  • Determine if the battery charger is connected to the power base. When the battery charger is connected to the power base, a charger inhibit feature keeps the power chair from driving. This is indicated by the VR2/VSI speed
    LED(s) flashing.
  • Determine if the charger harness fuse has blown. A blown charger fuse can cause the charger inhibit to
    activate.
  • Determine if all controller connections are plugged into the power base properly. If the 3-pin charger
inhibit connector is not plugged in properly, then the charger inhibit feature will activate.
