hello,i love being of help,im disabled myself.if i help,it would be nice for you to say thanx, but i am not here for prsonal gain, but because i care. Now onto your answer you require,i recently visited shoprider homepage & downloaded a PDF File of a troubleshooter for my scooter also in the troubleshooter was the troubleshooter for an electric wheelchair.it had so many useful tips & depending on what the joystick displayed, that was your guide to solving your problem.you can also print off the troubleshooter for future, try it with yours.& if your not up on computer skills just ask someone in your family.i hope this helped you Colin.

Apply Liquid Wrench or equivalent in a way that will allow it to seep in along the shaft and after allowing seeping time use a non-steel mallet (or piece of wood if clearance permits) to tap the wheel off.
