All kinds of batteries don't like to be dischargedone to 0%. Most types won't recover from that. Try to charge aND discharge few times but if that won't help then is time for new batteries

Please write your needs into the search engine of your computer, and you should have many dealers or maybe even the factory show up, unless it is made in China. (There is a possibility that there is not a repair manual published.) God bless your efforts.

Now onto your answer you require,i recently visited shoprider homepage & downloaded a PDF File of a troubleshooter for my scooter also in the troubleshooter was the troubleshooter for an electric wheelchair.it had so many useful tips & depending on what the joystick displayed,that was your guide to solving your problem.you can also print off the troubleshooter for future,try it with yours.& if your not up on computer skills just ask someone in your family.i hope this helped you Colin.
