When my Rayburn reaches temperature instead of cutting out and restarting automatically, it trips out, so I have allow the temperature drop and reset the trip each time. anyone have this problem ?

If your Rayburn stove is tripping the thermal cut-out when it reaches temperature instead of cutting out and restarting automatically, there may be a few different causes.
  1. Check the thermostat: Make sure the thermostat is properly calibrated and functioning correctly. If it is not, it can cause the stove to overheat and trip the thermal cut-out.
  2. Check the thermal cut-out: Make sure the thermal cut-out is not faulty. If it is, it may need to be replaced.
  3. Check the temperature control: If the temperature control is not functioning correctly, it can cause the stove to overheat and trip the thermal cut-out.
  4. Check the combustion chamber: If the combustion chamber is dirty or blocked, it can cause the stove to overheat and trip the thermal cut-out.
  5. Check the flue: If the flue is blocked or not functioning correctly, it can cause the stove to overheat and trip the thermal cut-out.
  6. If none of the above steps work, it is possible that the stove has a more serious problem that requires professional service.
It is important to refer to the user manual or contact the manufacturer for specific troubleshooting steps for your Rayburn stove model. It is also important to make sure the stove is not plugged in before attempting any troubleshooting steps. If the problem persists after trying the above steps, it is recommended to have a professional technician to look at the stove and diagnose the problem. Spin light is steady on. Then about 5 mins later the door unlocks. Wash cycles complete with no apparent issue but drying cycles are stopping prematurely. I have tried auto clean but this trips the electrics. Checked the pump and pipes no blockages. I have opened up the heater unit and that looks clean plus the seals and connections all visibly look good but I don't have a multi meter to test. Please help with any advice - thanks

New Hood bulb won't work.

If you are unable to get a new bulb to work in your Allure range hood, but the original bulb is still functioning properly, there could be a problem with the socket or wiring in the range hood. Here are a few things you can try to fix the problem:
  1. Check the socket for any visible damage or debris. If the socket is damaged or clogged with debris, it may not be able to hold the new bulb securely.
  2. Check the wiring for any visible damage or loose connections. If the wiring is damaged or not properly connected, it could be preventing the new bulb from functioning.
  3. Try replacing the socket or wiring if they are damaged or not functioning properly.
  4. If the problem persists after trying these steps, it may be necessary to have the range hood inspected by a technician to determine the cause of the issue.
If you are not comfortable troubleshooting the problem yourself, it is recommended that you contact the manufacturer for assistance. They may be able to provide further guidance or offer repair options.

It sounds like you are having a problem with the electrical supply to your VGIC365-4GSS range. 2. Make sure that the power cord is securely plugged into the outlet and that the outlet is functioning properly.
  3. Check the wiring on the back of the range to make sure that all connections are secure.
  4. If the problem persists after trying these steps, it may be necessary to have the range inspected by a technician to determine the cause of the issue.

Gaffers and Sattler oven temp fluctuates drastically

It sounds like your Gaffers and Sattler oven may have a problem with the thermostat or temperature sensor. These components help regulate the oven temperature and can cause fluctuations if they are not functioning properly. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
  1. Make sure the oven is properly calibrated. Some ovens have a calibration adjustment that can be used to fine-tune the temperature. Consult the manual or manufacturer's website to see if your oven has this feature, and follow the instructions to calibrate the oven if necessary.
  2. Check the oven thermostat. The thermostat controls the heating element and can cause temperature fluctuations if it is not working correctly. You may need to replace the thermostat if it is faulty.
  3. Check the temperature sensor. The temperature sensor measures the oven temperature and sends a signal to the thermostat to adjust the heating element as needed. If the sensor is not functioning properly, it can cause temperature fluctuations. You may need to replace the sensor if it is faulty.
  4. Check the heating element. The heating element is responsible for generating the heat inside the oven. If it is not working properly, it can cause temperature fluctuations. You may need to replace the heating element if it is faulty.

Old WCI Canada Oven Manual?

I'm sorry, but I don't have access to specific model manuals or information about WCI Canada ovens. However, I can offer a few general tips for replacing an oven light:
  1. First, unplug the oven or turn off the power to the oven at the circuit breaker to ensure your safety while working on it.
  2. Locate the light cover or lens, which is usually located on the ceiling of the oven cavity. Some ovens have a light cover that can be easily removed by turning it counterclockwise, while others may require you to use a screwdriver to loosen screws or clips holding it in place.
  3. Once you have removed the light cover, you should be able to see the light bulb and socket. Carefully remove the light bulb by turning it counterclockwise.
  4. If the light bulb is not the problem, you may need to replace the light socket. To do this, you will need to remove any screws or clips holding the socket in place, and then carefully pull the socket out of the oven.
  5. Once you have access to the light socket, you can test it with a voltage tester to determine if it is functioning properly. If the socket is not working, you will need to replace it.
  6. Once you have replaced the light bulb or socket, reassemble the oven and test the light to ensure it is working properly.

Yankee scoreboard clock temperature display no longer working, every other display works

  1. Check the power source: Make sure the clock is plugged in and that the outlet it is plugged into is functioning properly.
  2. Check the fuse: If the clock is plugged in and the outlet is functioning properly, the issue may be with the fuse. Check the fuse to see if it has blown and replace it if necessary.
  3. Check the temperature sensor: The temperature display may not be working if the temperature sensor is not functioning properly. Check the sensor to see if it is connected properly and test it to see if it is working. If the sensor is not functioning properly, you may need to replace it.
  4. Check the wiring: If the power source, fuse, and temperature sensor are all functioning properly, the issue may be with the wiring. Check the wiring to see if it is properly connected and in good condition. If the wiring is damaged, you may need to replace it.

Error code c-do how can I fix itunplugging and re plugging 24 hours later does not seem to fix the problem as as soon as I cook anything on my stove top it goes off again?

If this is a Samsung range, then the C-d0 error indicates a stuck keypad key. Try pressing down on each key to jog the stuck one loose. If that doesn't work, try pressing down on each key from an off-center position on the keypad. If this doesn't work to release the stuck key, you probably need to replace the entire keypad. Please add a comment with the range model number. I will see if I can find the correct part number for your range. If the range is under warranty, you can contact Samsung for a warranty repair. I hope this helps. Cindy Wells

Hotpoint stove not working properly?

It is a gas appliance so can only be worked on by a registered gas technician. They need servicing about every 2 or 3 years, when was it last serviced? The burners have a secret hidden adjusting screw. They are set for a low flame that won't blow out by an open window and then medium and high flame works how it should. Oven. The pilot light has a safety device called a 'thermocouple'. Its job is to only supply gas to the main jet if the pilot is lit. They need replacing about every 4 to 5 years. The burner not lighting all the way is either dirty or blocked jets, a dirty gas orifice or the main gas valve not opening all the way due to the thermocouple failing. The clicking is the ignition trying to light the pilot, it failed, so it cut off the gas. It needs servicing or you decide to buy a new one. Hope that helps. ..
