I don't know your equipment, but the unbalanced term may refer to too large a load connected to one leg of your split phase service. Go to your load panels and try to get the amps drawn by your loads to be more equal. You may be over taxing one leg and have available capacity on the other, assuming you are running a 110/220 V split phase output.

You run again the generator but before running, check & mark the oil level. Then stop the generator & wait until the oil settle to the bottom of oil pan. check for dirty or corroded connections or loos weir's

Check for floating debris in fuel tank possibly restricting fuel flow thru screen on bottom of fuel pickup;

Check fuse. If there is an indicator, instrument or light, on the output, check what it says. Loose contact is a possibility.

Check for low oil level. If level is OK, check low oil level sensor. Disconnect the wire to test.

Crack open an injector line.
