there is a 100uf/63v capacitor near the IRF630 fet. You need to replace this in order to fix this error. Along there is also a 2200uf/16v capacitor. It is a good idea to change the both at the same time.

You will have very little benefit from a schedule. All UPS are structured similarly. A rectifier, an inverter. A battery charger, a bypass ...

Difficult to answer with so little information. But the batteries are first suspected ...

Open cell in the battery. The batteries need to be replaced, or at least the most bad battery!

Check the connections on the batteries. One or more may be loose or corroded. Also check the fuse for the batteries. It may have blown.

When you are sure you have a good battery and the voltage regulator works fine, I should think there is something eating power during the time you switched off. Years and years ago sometime a car radio was connected wrong and would not switch off when the contact was off. Now you should disconnect the battery when you switched of and use a huge ampere meter DC to see if and if so what current is "leaking" away If there is no current, then check the barrery and the voltage regulator.
