I have a powerware 9120
Did your UPS display "Battery disconnected" or did it display "Battery Failure"? If it was "Battery Failure", for some reason the Powerware 9120 will take almost 18 hours after plugging in to power after battery replacement to correct the Battery Failure indication. Charger has to charge up the batteries, followed by an automatic battery test by the UPS. If the indication was "Battery Disconnected", you will need to check the internal fuses to see if they are blown. If the UPS keeps blowing fuses, it will require a board repair.

Invert trip ups trip dc link unbalance failer
Hi Ahmad,
I've got same issue on the same UPS generation last week we tried to solve the issue by changing some dead batteries but without success, it tripped a gain with same alarms.
I hope someone answers our question ASAP.
Ups says bypass unavailable
This happens a lot. Your input power lines fluctuate a lot from time to time. You get lags and sags and spikes on the power line. The UPS is just telling you this. Nothing you can do about that. Your UPS is operating normally. You don't really want to put the UPS into bypass during one of these fluctuations do you?
Alarm #191 open cell voltage powerware 9130
Alarm error #191 comes from a battery test, where batteries are put under load for 25 seconds. (If the alarm is unexpected, you might have enabled the periodic 30-day battery test.)
#191 is test failure for battery internal resistance. So, need to locate and replace the bad battery, then run the battery test manually. If batteries are good, make sure no battery connector is corroded or loose.
