Alarm light

You need to reconfigure for the new batteries. Enter the stack numbers but you need the password to do this. You need the Service Manual to perform this config.

Can I replace the fan in a live powerware 9120?

hey dude your problem is so simple..below are my solutions. if you already secured the fans for the replacement then its easy for you to do it, try to totally shut down your UPS removing the input and battery supply. avoid replacing the fans with power, its to dangerous. it consist of almost 400VDC inside in it. call me if you want +63923 3024 585

Ups off shows in the display of powerware9120

Was the UPS commanded to power down? Make sure there is nothing plugged into the UPS and disconnect it from whatever is powering it. Then pull out the all of the batteries inside of the UPS just enough to disengage them from their connections. Once everything has been unplugged and nothing has been feeding the UPS power - then go ahead and re-engage all of the batteries. Turn on the power source to the UPS. It should start up and function as before - you may need to instruct the UPS to carry the load.
