Sometimes the intake Plentum ontop of the engine will warp and then you get problems

this is either cause by wires shorting outside of the amp or and internal short. if its internal is may be bad transistors

When you said you looked online, did you go to the Manufacturers Website? If you can find a customer service number, call them. The Factory may have the parts.I am not familiar with the product, but some Makers deliberately have removeable Faceplates for antitheft.

Ignore the above comment... SD cards and USB play fine on there (i have one).
Mine does the same, but leave it for 5-10 seconds after it says close and it loads it up!

you could have a shorted speaker I would disconnect all speakers and test them 1 at a time to see if you can get the amp to make some sound before I did anything.

Yes, your amplifier needs the amout of fuses as there are fuse ports.
In case something were to go wrong it would blow the fuses instead of your amp and subs and burning your wire harness up..

Hola...Por que dices que el conector no te coincide??Si es el que entra en el radio hay dos tipos, uno con 24 pines y otro de 28 pines, yo tube un problema igual y compre el conector adecuado en la pagina de power acoustik.

first of all,do u have the strip wire in the red which is the hot side of the sub,next if that doesn't fix it u need to change ur spark plugs they will interfere when the engine is running,so call ur local auto parts dealer and ask for spark plugs that don't interfere with the radio.Hope this helps

It's getting so hot that it's going into thermal protection. Turn down the gains of lighten the speaker load. The more speakers that hook up to it the more power it will put out causing the amp to overheat. Eventually it will burn up some of the output Mosfett Power Transistors.

How many uf is indicated on the capacitor.It will show a number ie 10uf. If the rating on the capacitor is more than 5uf or less than 3 uf then the capacitor is failing. 10% variance is acceptable. Most electrical wholesalers sell capacitors and cost is around $20.00 or so.

this use to be simple for most units and yes it would work, however, manufactures became wise to this idea and placed a relay inside the unit that must be reset to prevent us WISEGUYS from doing so, but i do not know if this is the case with yours, if it is then you can run a toggle switch between the unit and the ground in order to reset this relay as needed with a flip of the switch
