if it is a iphone you cannot unless you know the password , if you only have a digit number on it you have to do a restore

mine won't either. I found that after 14.2 volts the radio shuts off!. my alternator produces 14.2-14.6 well with in the manufacturers rec. of 11-16 v

my car is a 1979 camaro and i already replaced the alternator and still did not work. I can not find an alternator that does not go above 14.2 ..........
I talked to manufacture help line and they blame the car. can not be the car when i read 14.1 or less and radio works. when my meter reads 14.2 it shuts off.

i have tried 2 of the radios with same result! I think they lied about the voltage capabilities of the radio. as most modern cars have regulators built in for electronics already and bring the voltage to acceptable ranges for the radio

Dirt on the lazer lens or if you are talking about DVD discs the wrong region code being set on the machine.

Now you have a real problem. I hope you did setup a recovery mode for your Apple ID, because you have to visit the Apple page and ask them to send you a reset code, so you can reset your ID.
