Could be the motor too...could also be the regulator or broken wire inside the black rubber boot from the body to the door .. What's the big deal about pull the door panel ? Take's 5 min's ,no problem . All other windows work ,correct ? The yellow wire ,pin H at the switch connector is battery voltage supply to the driver switch. Don't forget to check the ground side of the circuit . Pin G black wire goes to G 301 , pins A & E go to the driver door window motor . dark blue & brown . Does the passenger window work from the driver switch ?

Turn signal switch is probably the problem ,but without testing that is just a guess. Do know i replaced a few on grand am's . What relay ???? There is no relay in the fuse box for the turn signals . Your vehicle has turn / hazard flasher module .
Turn Signal Lamps
The TURN-B/U fuse and the STOP/HAZ fuse in the IP fuse block, supplies battery positive voltage to the flasher module. The turn signal lamps may only be activated with the ignition switch in the ON position. When the turn signal switch is placed in either the left or right position, current flow is from the flasher module's output to the turn signal switch assembly. The flasher module then sends an on-off voltage signal to either the left or right turn signals and their instrument panel cluster (IPC) indicator. When the hazard switch is pressed, all the turn signal lamps will flash including both IPC turn signal indicators.
Located under the driver side of the dash above the brake pedal ,on a metal bracket .
Turn Signal/Hazard Flasher Module
On the dash harness near the steering column

Check the rest of your cooling system but It sounds like you need at least one electric fan since one is defective. It may just be a wiring issue, check this before you buy or replace Andy fans. Next, I'd look closely at the water pump, radiator, all hoses, heater core, etc. Also, check the engine oil and make sure it looks normal, again black or the "prettier" golden/brown color. If the oil is "Milky" looking or much too full, or if your radiator has an ugly substance itvit that'll also look "milky" then you're likely to have a blown head gasket. If you're suspicious of this, get a free Copression Tester from Auto Zone or a local parts store and Test each cylinder while recording the compression evens of each cylinder on a piece of paper.

Hopefully it's nothing major, and you can wire the fans to work all the time, whenever the key is on and if so don't worry as Mandy of us have done this before. Do some more troubleshooting to find the root cause of the overheating. You'll get it, just let us know if we can help further. The video below will show you how to get a god start on this problem!

Just replacing parts isn't the way to fix this problem , viewing wiring diagrams too see what all is involved in making the wipers work is . Then using a digital volt ohmmeter to test electrical circuits . Also looking at factory service info. to see how it's suppose to work.
Free wiring diagrams here http://www.bbbind.com/free-tsb/ Enter vehicle info. year , make , model an engine size . Under system click on body & accessories , then under subsystem click on wiper/washer . Click the search button ,then click the blue link. Looking at the wiring diagram i see two fuse's an two relays that are controlled by the BCM - body control module . Also hooking up a scan tool that can read BCM DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes could be helpful . The wiper switch is a input to the BCM - the BCM will energize the relays to turn on the wipers.

Wiper/Washer System Components
The Wiper/Washer System consists of the following components:
• Windshield wiper/washer switch
• Body control module (BCM)
• Wiper 1 relay
• Wiper 2 relay
• Wiper diode
• Windshield wiper motor
• Windshield washer pump
• Windshield washer nozzles
• Windshield washer solvent container
• Windshield wiper arm and blade assemblies
• Windshield wiper transmission
• WIPER/SW 10A fuse
• WIPER 25A fuse

Wiper/Washer System Description
The body control module (BCM) controls wiper motor low speed operation. The washer pump and high speed operation are controlled directly by the wiper/washer switch. The windshield wiper/washer switch supplies voltage on the signal circuits to the BCM for windshield wiper/washer operation. When WASH, MIST, DELAY, LOW, or HIGH is detected, the BCM energizes the wiper 1 relay by suppling voltage to the relay coil. This allows battery voltage from the WIPER fuse to flow through the relay switched input then through the contacts and out the relay contacts to the wiper 2 relay switch contacts. Since the wiper 2 relay switch contacts are normally closed to the low speed circuit of the windshield wiper motor, the motor will operate at low speed.

Just replacing parts isn't the way to find the problem , viewing wiring diagrams an testing the electrical circuit with a DVOM - digital volt ohmmeter is . There are no relays involved . Do yourself a favor an take it to a qualified repair shop before you buy more parts that are not needed .
