Voicemail systems are a function of the PBX that the phone is connected to, not the phone itself. Yikes man. The Polycom phones are used in just about every hosted or sip based pbx. So hard to answer without more information. Do you have a message or voicemail button? Do you know anymore info about the system that your phone connects to? Company name etc?
