Should message light be on always ..solid not flashing ...

Look for this on amazon. Yes, you need a 4-conductor male plug with a "Y" cable that has a mic jack and speaker/phones jack. Be sure it says it's iPhone compatible.

hello This is not a dialing but trying to connect to the IP address setup in the system. Start editing the IP address giving the one that you would have already allocated to the device in the Router (i.e. 192.168.1.99) and then reboot it. It should connect then automatically. Best regards

How do i reset my voice mail password

Voicemail systems are a function of the PBX that the phone is connected to, not the phone itself. If you do not have administrative access to the PBX, there is no way to reset the password from the phone unless you know what the password currently is.
