I have 25 SIP lines my question is, Why sip phone delay dial to IP phone in 4 to 5 seconds? But, if I used auto dial feature on SIP Phone, IP Phone ringing immediately

dial plan.... try pushing # after the number to make call without the delay

Should message light be on always ..solid not flashing ...

Constant red means it is set and ready to record messages after x amount of rings. Flashing red means you have a message. Please always include the model number is such questions and I can find you a manual. Polycom has lots! https://www.google.com/search?q=Polycom+phone+manual ..

1-change telephone cable from your machine to wall outlet if the problem fixed it is ok,if not you must contact your phone company because noise may be in telephone line itself.

I've tried an adapter (2.5mm male to 3.5mm

Look for this on amazon. Yes, you need a 4-conductor male plug with a "Y" cable that has a mic jack and speaker/phones jack. Be sure it says it's iPhone compatible.
