just turn on both the dvd player and your tv set...then set your tv program into AV mode or INPUT mode,and connect the RCA cables from the output of the dvd player into the input socket of the tv system...be sure that the colors or the RCA wires must correspond to the two sockets namely the the OUTPUT adn the INPUT..you can now activate your dvd player!!!

Have you connected any other new device to Wifi ? This is verify if you remember the Wifi SSID password.

Unless you have training in TV repair I suggest you either replace the TV or have a trained pro repair it.

Sir or Ma'am, I would recommend contacting the manufacturer for more in depth instructions.

First, I am no tech, this is at your own risk! I have a flm-373b which is out of warranty 15mths. A nice paper weight. Plug it in, blue light, no picture or audio. So I got the service manual and started taking it apart. Pulled out the so called control box and at the top is what appears to be some sort of power inverter board. I looked closely and saw that there were 2 capacitors that looked damaged. One was bulged and the other looked like it had popped. They were side by side, green and marked 1000Uf 10v. I took the board to work with me and unsoldered the capacitors and very carefully replaced them with 1000Uf 16v caps. This was just a crazy chance. When I got home I put everything back together, ran 2 extension cords to the back porch and plugged it in. The tv came on faster than when it was brand new. Now I have waited 3 weeks to post this, just in case my house burned down, but the tv is still working great. Again this is at your own risk. Polaroid is not helpful and they want you to spend more money to correct their problem which will probably not correct anything. I really do wish you luck with this or with putting up with polaroids BS.

Everyone’s eyes see different colors. So there isn’t one setting that is perfect. There are also factors such as is what you are viewing is it a movie that was done on film or is it a movie that was say an animation? Some film stock will have different looks you will have to see kelvin color white levels too if you really want to add to the research. Some films have a yellow hue others are more blue. If it was filmed digitally then it could look better at either depending on the white balance. Bottom line use up the movie go through some settings and then most people just set it and forget it as it will change per movie or tv station.

Hello,This is a common issue with this model. They used cheap components in the power supply board and these cheap capacitors fail and keep the unit from powering up. It is an easy repair to replace the bad capacitors with better quality parts and this should bring the unit back to life. Most remotes like that have a "Code Search" feature, and it's the easiest way to find the code.
