Probably irreparable - impure alcohol does as much damage to electronics as it does to the human body.

Why does the LCD blink on my Polorod T730, so fast can't even make a selection off the menu

These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ If blinks continue without any pause, the main board is faulty.

How do I recharge the battery on a Polaroid t1455 Camera?

Depending on the battery formulation, you may want to apply the proper type charger or AC adapter. More specific data in battery type would be beneficial to further answer. As lithium ion, nickel metal hydride, nickel cadmium and lead acid type batteries are all so different it would require the proper charger selection for the battery .

Can I recharge the battery by plugging it into my USB port on my computer?

The t1455 does not charge from the USB port. You can try this yourself by just plugging the camera into a USB port.

Why are my pictures over exposed?

Hard to answer with such limited information on your settings and what you're shooting but often it's because the camera settings are on Manual and not Auto. It could also be a setting in one of the other exposure options in your camera.

Driver download polroid

You don't need a driver. The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries. Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo management program such as Picasa: Organize edit and share your photos

I m not able to open the camera it showing lock

Although the manual does not mention what to do when it does not work as it should, most camera's can be brought to reason, by removing the batteries and after a little time you can reinsert them. When you have the battery out, you should also check if the connection point, both on the battery and in the camera are clean and not corroded. Corrosion never remove with sharp objects. Better use contact oil an soft swaps. Takes longer, but keeps the contacts in better shape.
