My Polaroid smart tv isn't recording things showing in scheduled list

  1. Check the storage capacity of your USB drive. If it's full, free up some space or use a larger USB drive.
  2. Check if the USB drive is formatted correctly. It should be formatted in a file system that is compatible with your TV.
  3. Make sure the TV is set to record to the correct source (USB drive).
  4. If the TV is still not recording, try restarting the TV and the USB drive.
  5. If the issue persists, check for any firmware updates for your TV and install them if available.
  6. If none of these steps resolve the issue, you may need to contact Polaroid customer support for further assistance.
Keep in mind that the exact steps to resolve this issue may vary depending on the model of your Polaroid smart TV.

Polaroid 10 Tablet freezes, Won't log on even if using reset on back or turning off & back on. Any suggestions to get it to log on. Only get the perpetual spinning circle under Polaroid logo.

You could do a factory reset. Read before you try it; you'll lose any data accumulated. http://www.mobicpc.com/how-to-hard-reset-polaroid-10-1-to-factory-default-setting.html This might give you a soft reset though it's written for the S7: Resetting Polaroid S7 is a bit tricky.
  1. Turn off the tablet.
  2. Press and hold the volume up and the power buttons together for 5 seconds then release them.
  3. You have to wait for the Android picture to show up on the screen now.
  4. Only after this screen is shown, press and hold the power and volume up buttons together for 3 seconds.
  5. Release the volume up button .
  6. Now, release the power button. You will enter the recovery menu.
  7. Now, use the volume buttons to navigate and the power button to select items.
  8. Navigate to and select "wipe data/factory reset".
  9. Navigate to and select "yes -- delete all user data".
  10. Navigate to and select "reboot system now".
  11. The phone will be rebooting . Do not press anything while that is happening until the start-up screen shows up (the one with "Make yourself at home").

How do I add a browser to a Polaroid PMP700

This is a media player. It has a Linux OS. That is not Android, Apple, or Microsoft. It can accept downloads of the media files it was designed to play via a special USB cable connected to your computer. It is not designed to accept a browser, but rather media files such as music and ebooks. Those may be exported from the computer to the Polaroid media player. Programs stay on your computer, media files may be exported to your device or its SD card. There is a customer support number at the end of the document below. http://www.southerntelecom.com/polariodsupport/downloads/PMP700.pdf

Ive retuned, re-set, unpluggest and plugged back in and i recieve no channeks still, been like this for months

What is your TV source? The Polaroid LCD-2000 only has a NTSC (analog) tuner. Most OTA stations switched to ATSC signals a few years ago and a converter box is required to watch the TV. (A few low power TV stations still broadcast in NTSC but you need to be fairly close to the transmitter to receive the channel.) If you have cable, check if they have migrated to digital cable (QAM for unencrypted channels). If that is the case, you'll need a cable box. With a digital-to-analog OTA converter box, you can still lose station reception due to the signal strength cliff. Depending on your area, you may need an external antenna or to check the direction of the antenna. I know I have to rotate the outdoor antenna every so often. It shifts in high wind. Even if the antenna only moves 5 degrees, we will lose the signal for half of the stations. I hope this helps. Cindy Wells
