My problem is that when

Hello Afridi,

First scan your memory card using the anti virus installed in your machine. You can scan you memory card for antivirus using the Avira anti virus. Please download the anti virus from :

http://www.avira.com/en/free-download-avira-antivir-personal?

Download the .exe file from the link.

Install the software in your computer.Remove the memory card from the phone and connect in your machine using the memory card reader and scan the card for viruses or malwares.

Then try the Data Recovery Software available in market to recover the files. Install the demo software of the data recovery software( Recover Data for FAT and NTFS) from their particular website. Then scan the memory card using the Data Recovery Software. If the demo software displays all your data you need then purchase their full version software to save your valuable data. Because in demo software you are not able to save the data. Please try the data recovery software for FAT and NTFS partition.

Please download the demo software from the link provided below :

http://www.recoverdatatools.com/download-windows-data-recovery.html

Download the software from the above link and install it. There are two recovery modes available in the software Normal and Exhaustive mode. If the software did not find any data in Normal mode than try the Exhaustive mode available in step 2B in the software. If you are installing the software in Windows Vista or Windows 7 then run the software as administrator after installing it.

I have a MacBook running

Most likely i.m.o. your 4Gb card is a SDHC card. Only a few 4 Gb cards are made as SD in the beginning after they crossed the 2 Gb line. You can't buy them anymore. So to use a 4 Gb ore more, you need a SDHC or better a SDXC reader.

I bought a PNY 16GB USB Flash Drive to download my music to, but it doesn't DO anything... I am using Windows !0. When I plugged it in nothing happened. Please, I have been trying for hours, HELP!

The flash drive may need to be REFORMATTED. In some cases, the flash drive is pulled out from the USB port incorrectly. That can lead to a damaged Flash Drive. Always remove Flash Drives by using the EJECT method. To format the USB Flash drive, go to the File Explorer (the bottom row of Icons on the computer screen showing a manila folder inside a holder) and locate the USB drive by letter, such as drive B,C,D, etc. One of these letters or higher. Tap the corresponding to the USB drive and an option box comes up. Select "Format" (Quick is ok). Once formatted, the drive is ready to accept data once again. If it cannot be formatted, then the USB DRIVE may have sustained damage to the circuit and no longer can be of service.

I took pictures and recorded

It could be that the devices into which you inserted the SD card are not designed to accept SD cards of that type. There are 3 SD card types: SD, SDHC and SDXC. If the SD card size is 4GB to 32GB, the type is SDHC, and if the card is larger than 32GB, it is an SDXC type. Newer devices will accept SDHC and SDXC cards, but older devices may not be able to read those SD card types. You should be able to check the specifications of the devices you are using by looking on the device manufacturer's web site.

PNY MICRO SD 2GB

Files must have the correct extension. i.e. .wav or .mp3 or whatever the music player requires. You may need to convert the sound file to a different type for the device to see it. It may show in one device and not another for this reason
